BeeHelp is a 24/7 AI customer-service chatbot built on OpenAI/ChatGPT technology for entrepreneurs, companies and government offices. You create collections of FAQs and BeeHelp answers visitors with CLASSIC responses (semantic search over your FAQs using embeddings) or PROCESSED responses (ChatGPT generates a personalized answer from the two closest FAQs). Free plan: up to 100 FAQs, 100 questions per day, questions up to 20 words and answers up to 120 words, no credit card required. Premium: up to 10,000 FAQs, unlimited questions at 0.01 EUR per response (classic responses 0.01 EUR per 100), with a client-set daily consumption cap. It can be embedded as a widget (FAQ list, search box, floating bubble) on your own website or used on a BeeHelp-hosted page, in multiple languages. Currently it cannot learn from PDFs or URLs — FAQ content must be added manually, and the processed response generation is coming to free users via their own OpenAI API key.
