What this site records
Forms and saved tools
Forms store your supplied email, request details, timestamp and processing status so the operator can review your request. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary personal data. Saved tools stay in your browser storage and are not tied to an account. Clear them through your browser or export a copy.
Anonymous measurement
The site counts visits, searches, shortlist results, exports and official-site clicks. A random identifier in sessionStorage expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and ends with the browser tab session. It joins steps within a visit; it does not identify a person. We keep only a fixed source category (such as Google, ChatGPT or Reddit) and an approved campaign label, never a full referring URL, search query or form contents. The server replaces the identifier with a daily keyed hash and removes session records older than 90 days when a new measurement event is received. Test traffic and detected automation are labeled separately; undetected bots may remain. These figures describe browser sessions, not verified unique people. Existing anonymous Umami page statistics are retained without query strings or referring URLs. Server access logs may contain IP addresses and request paths; they are used for security and operational troubleshooting, not advertising profiles.
Notification registration stores an email and consent request. Delivery is currently disabled. Before future sending, a confirmation and signed unsubscribe flow must be activated. Suppressed addresses are excluded from future sends.
Retention and requests
The operator reviews unresolved requests and keeps necessary history for handling disputes and corrections. To ask for access or deletion, use the privacy request form. We do not sell form data. This notice describes the current implementation and is not a third-party compliance certification.
