Tools for this workflow
Start with this input
Business: Northbank Books, fictional UK bookkeeping service for freelance designers and developers. GBP 95/month. Founded 2021. Two bookkeepers. Weekly transaction categorisation; monthly income, cost and tax-set-aside summary; Self Assessment prepared and filed. Replies within one working day. Reader: a freelance designer doing their own invoices. Do not claim: tax or investment advice, refund guarantees, client counts or testimonials. Action: book a free 20-minute call. Return: headline under 10 words, one-sentence subhead, three benefit blocks, one factual proof block, three FAQ answers and one CTA.
Follow the process
- Select Landing page copy and the budget and language you actually need. Review any missing vendor evidence before opening a tool.
- Paste the brief with the required sections. State that empty proof is preferable to an invented testimonial.
- Audit each promise against the brief. “Filed for you” and “guaranteed lower tax” are materially different promises.
- Check that the monthly fee and reply time are exact, then remove repeated CTAs so the page asks for one action.
- Read the headline and CTA without the body. The reader should know what is offered and what to do next. Save the evidence sheet beside the final page.
Reference output and acceptance criteria
Editorial acceptance checklist, not a model result: [ ] Headline identifies bookkeeping for freelancers. [ ] Fee remains GBP 95/month. [ ] Reply time remains one working day. [ ] Weekly categorisation, monthly summary and Self Assessment all appear. [ ] No invented clients, testimonials or tax savings. [ ] One CTA: book a free 20-minute call.
If it goes wrong
If the model invents social proof, remove the entire unsupported proof block. If the page is generic, add one concrete reader problem from your brief and rewrite only the opening. Do not add promises to make the text sound stronger.
Time, cost and evidence
A short initial draft plus claim checking is the intended scope. No elapsed time, conversion lift or revenue improvement has been measured. Current plan costs are linked in the selector and may change.
Original editorial procedure using a fictional business. It is not legal or tax advice and contains no client data. A writing sample cannot establish conversion performance. Product outputs, when available, belong to the separate test log.
